Langbakkgutua 55 is a spacious and welcoming family cabin located in the centre of Sjusjøen. Here, you'll enjoy easy access to shops, restaurants, ski trails and local activities, while the fenced property provides a comfortable setting for families and groups.
The cabin is spread over two floors and offers plenty of space for both social gatherings and relaxation. The large split-level living room forms the heart of the cabin, featuring multiple seating areas, a TV lounge and a large fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the year. The open layout towards the kitchen and dining area makes it easy for everyone to gather together.
A separate laundry room adds convenience, especially for longer stays.
Sleeping arrangements
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): Double bed (150 cm)
Bedroom 2 (upper floor): Bed (120 cm)
Bedroom 3 (upper floor): Double bed (180 cm)
TV lounge/bedroom (upper floor): 2 family bunk beds (120/75 cm)
The cabin has a bathroom with shower and bathtub on the ground floor, as well as a second bathroom with shower upstairs.
A large terrace wraps around much of the cabin, providing plenty of outdoor space during the summer months. Guests also have access to a spacious storage room suitable for storing and preparing ski equipment.
During winter, cross-country ski trails are within easy walking distance, providing access to Sjusjøen's extensive network of groomed tracks. During summer and autumn, the area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling and family activities.
Lake Sjusjøen, with swimming, fishing and a playground, is within walking distance, and all village amenities are close by.
The property includes garage space for one car as well as parking for two additional vehicles.
WiFi is not available, but a portable 4G router can be rented through Sjusjøen Hytteutleie.
Dogs are welcome.
