Frenghytta is a traditional and charming family cabin with a unique location in the centre of Sjusjøen. Here, you'll enjoy walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities while staying on a large open property with plenty of outdoor space.
For generations, Frenghytta has been a gathering place for families and friends wanting to experience Sjusjøen from the very heart of the village. The cabin combines classic mountain cabin charm with a location that makes it easy to leave the car parked during your stay.
The ground floor includes a living room, kitchen, dining area and bathroom with shower and toilet. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor provides comfort all year round. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, an additional toilet and a spacious landing with built-in sleeping spaces.
A newer annex adds extra comfort and includes a sauna, shower, bathroom and separate toilet.

The property also features a large garage and a dedicated ski-waxing room with a workbench, making it particularly attractive for keen skiers and training groups.
During winter, the nearest cross-country ski trail is only about 100 metres away, providing direct access to Sjusjøen's extensive trail network.
In summer and autumn, Frenghytta is an excellent base for families. Lake Sjusjøen is within walking distance and offers swimming, fishing and a playground for children. The surrounding area also provides excellent opportunities for hiking and cycling.
Shop, restaurant and sports facilities are all just a short walk away.
