Myrgubben is a charming and well-maintained cabin in a secluded location at Vassbakken, on the southern side of Lake Sjusjøen.
Surrounded by woodland and open moorland, the cabin offers peace and privacy while still being close to ski trails and year-round outdoor activities.
Ideal for small families or groups of friends, Myrgubben combines traditional cabin charm with modern upgrades and careful maintenance. The warm and welcoming atmosphere has been preserved, making it a comfortable base for a relaxing stay in the mountains.
The cabin has two bedrooms and accommodates up to five guests. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and the cabin has running water and electricity. After a day outdoors, you can unwind by the wood-burning stove and enjoy the quiet surroundings.
The nearest cross-country ski trail is only about 100 metres from the cabin, providing easy access to Sjusjøen's extensive network of groomed trails. During summer and autumn, the area offers excellent hiking and cycling opportunities on well-marked trails.
Sjusjøen centre is approximately 2.5 km away and offers a grocery store, sports shop with ski and bike rental, and several dining options. Lake Sjusjøen is a popular spot for swimming and fishing and also features a playground for children.
